Arts Council
National Lottery Project Grants is our open access programme for arts, museums and libraries projects. The fund supports thousands of individual artists, community and cultural organisations.
National Lottery Project Grants supports thousands of individual artists, community and cultural organisations. Until 31 August 2021, the fund will focus on the needs of smaller independent organisations and individual practitioners.
Ashley Foundation
Grants are available for projects in England and Wales that fit with the Foundation's ethos of protecting rural communities and encouraging participation in the arts.
The Foundation provide grants to support community museums, farms, gardens, schools and other charitable organisations in England and Wales with small-scale arts and community projects. They want to use their funding to develop strong communities, social welfare and creative arts, with a particular emphasis on supporting rural communities.
BBC Children in Need
Our Core Costs Funding Stream is for charities and not-for-profit organisations. Applicants to this programme can apply for grants for up to three years. We aim to give quicker decisions for grants of £15,000 or less per year.
BlueSpark Foundation
BlueSpark Foundation is a registered charity which supports the education and development of children and young people by providing grants for educational, cultural, sporting and other projects.
Charles Hayward
The overall aim of this funding programme is to prevent people entering the criminal Justice system and to support people entering the criminal justice system and to support those already in the system to move on and rebuild their lives.

We make unrestricted, core and project grants for charitable work in the UK.

Foyle Foundation
The Main Grants Scheme supports charities registered and operating in the United Kingdom with a core remit of the Arts or Learning.
Smaller Arts or Learning Charites with a turnover under £150,000 per annum may be more suitable for consideration under our Small Grants Scheme (separate guidelines available on the website).
We welcome applications from all regions and countries of the UK.

Regular Grants
For applications below £100,000. These applications are reviewed by our Trustees on an ongoing basis so there are no specific deadlines to worry about. You can apply when you are ready and when your plans and priorities are sufficiently clear to be able to make a compelling case – see our guidelines for details of what to include.
Hedley Foundation
We award grants to those charities that are able to demonstrate quantifiable outcomes to beneficiaries. Typically, grants of up to £5,000 are regularly made and occasional larger sums are given to charities where high impact can be achieved. Similarly, smaller charities often benefit from smaller grants of £250 upwards. You should meet the following criteria:
Lloyds Bank Foundation
We fund small and local charities, investing in their work helping people overcome complex social issues across England and Wales.
We support charities with an annual income of £25,000 to £1 million with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change through in-depth, holistic and person-centred support.
We offer unrestricted funding, including around core costs, and tailored development support to help your charity be more effective.

Lottery - Bringing People Together
The social fabric of communities across the UK is strengthened and deepened through bringing people together, in new and lasting ways.
This is funding from our UK Portfolio. The UK Portfolio is where we explore new approaches, experiment with how to do things differently, and look to fund work that is more future focussed.
Our Bringing People Together funding can support projects that will build stronger connections across communities, and improve the infrastructure and conditions that are needed to strengthen these connections.
Lottery - Partnership Programme
This programme offers a larger amount of funding (over £10,000) for organisations that work together with a shared set of goals to help their community thrive – whether that’s a community living in the same area, or people with similar interests or life experiences.

Morrison Foundation
The Morrisons Foundation awards grant funding for charity projects which make a positive difference in local communities. In the main grants are available to fully fund projects up to £25,000.
The Hargreaves Foundation
The Hargreaves Foundation is a grant-making charitable foundation set up in 2020 by Peter Hargreaves and his family.
Applications are open for organisations seeking funding to support those under the age of 18, and living with a mental health problem, physical disability or growing up in poverty through the mediums of sport and education.
The Henry Smith Charity
The Strengthening Communities grant programme is designed to support small charitable organisations working at grassroots level. Through this grant programme we want to make sure that our funding reaches the most disadvantaged areas of the UK, targeting places that are economically marginalised and affected by poverty.
The Paul Hamlyn Foundation
We invest around £30 million each year across six funding priorities where we wish to see change. Our commitment to social justice underpins all these priorities.
We have six open application funds, and receive over 1000 applications each year. On average we fund around 20% of the applications we receive, although this varies between Funds.
The Percy Bolton Charity
Assistance is given to organisations and individuals in need throughout the U.K: charities assisting disadvantaged youth, people with disabilities, people with mental health problems and older people may apply for grants towards furnishings and equipment (excluding office items), building or refurbishment projects.
The Rayne Foundation
The Rayne Foundation is an independent funder which makes grants to charitable and not-for-profit organisations across the UK.
The Taylor Family Foundation
The Taylor Family Foundation supports charities who provide opportunities for children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and difficult circumstances, to improve their chances of attaining success to lead fulfilling lives.
